Dining out is great once in a while, but there is nothing more gratifying than cooking the best meal you've ever eaten - Yourself! If you're in the mood for Fried Rice, then this is something you'll surely want to try! It's easy, I swear!!
Easy Fried Rice Recipe:
• You can either add the ingredients and mix in a bowl or directly in the skillet or wok.
3 cups cooked white rice (day old or leftover rice works best!)
3 tbs sesame oil
1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 cup soy sauce
• Cook in a large skillet or wok for best results - medium heat
• Stir frequently for best results.
cook until rice is done (sample by taking a spoonful and cooling it - the taste test is the best test!)
